You agree to receive any earned commissions through Warrior+Plus only. Commissions are paid only to members who directly refer other members who might purchase a membership with Exit Traffic Network.

You agree to only create 1 account.

By joining Exit Traffic Network YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM frank@exittrafficnetwork.com or no-reply@exittrafficnetwork.com. Please add these email addresses to your address book and mark all emails from Exit Traffic Network as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, Exit Traffic Network promotions or anything that Exit Traffic Network needs to relay to all members.

Liability
Exit Traffic Network is a paid marketing tool used to help it's members generate traffic on the Internet. Exit Traffic Network does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be earned from Exit Traffic Network.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Exit Traffic Network. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Exit Traffic Network liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds
Please know in advance that there are (NO) refunds on any Exit Traffic Network offers sold. The reasoning is simple.

A: Exit Traffic Network offers digital services such as traffic that is immediately activated upon account set up and even though it is 'digital' in form, there are delivery and fulfillment costs incurred.

For these specific reasons, there are (NO) refunds available.

This also protects you should you decide to promote Exit Traffic Network as it protects you from freebie seekers wanting something for nothing.

If you can not agree to this refund policy, then please do (NOT) place an order with us.

SPAM
Exit Traffic Network has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include Exit Traffic Network's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own email subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.

However, the following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal email list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for Exit Traffic Network in emails.
To falsify user information provided to Exit Traffic Network or to other users of the service in connection with Exit Traffic Network, or any of it's other sites.
To use the Exit Traffic Network name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.

Do NOT to promote your affiliate page using blasters or to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of users.

Exit Traffic Network considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Exit Traffic Network terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Exit Traffic Network actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

Exit Traffic Network reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, Exit Traffic Network reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
